We use Parcelforce for our UK mainland service and the delivery price for our Bivvies and Shelters is £8.99 inc VAT, this is charged during the checkout stage. Items are dispatched at around 4pm on a daily basis (please order by midday if possible). If you require an alternative delivery service i.e a timed next day delivery such as pre 12 midday, or extra courier insurance please just email us for a quote at contactus@swimshelter.co.uk Once you have placed your order we will contact you via email the day before delivery to confirm your item has been sent. Please ensure that someone is available at the given delivery address to sign for the goods or your parcel will be returned to your local Parcelforce depot. Parcelforce will usually try to redeliver the next day but it will be up to you to collect from the depot after that.
If you live in a remote area such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Europe or the rest of the world, please contact us before ordering as an additional delivery/courier charge will be applicable.
