All orders will be shipped in protective packaging. 

We will aim to dispatch all items ordered up to midday upon receipt of cleared payment. 

We will also send an email the night before delivery (next day) to confirm your item has been sent. Please ensure that someone is available at the given delivery address to sign for the goods or your parcel will go back to your local Parcelforce depot. Parcelforce will usually try to redeliver the next day but it will be up to you to collect from the depot after that.

Please ensure you check your order upon delivery for any signs of damage and ensure the delivery note is signed accordingly. For further information see our Refunds / Returns page.

We use Parcelforce for our UK deliveries. Items are dispatched at around 4pm on a daily basis. If your want your Bivvy the next day please try and order by midday. 

If you require an alternative delivery service i.e a timed next day delivery such as pre 12 midday, or extra courier insurance please just email us for a quote at contactus@swimshelter.co.uk

Mainland UK Rates

Please contact us first if you live in a remote area such as the Scottish Highlands or Europe, all couriers charge extra so we will need to quote you. The total shipping charge for your order will be calculated once you have confirmed your delivery address details during the order process.
